Founder & CEO
Anthony Eros is the founder and CEO of Promio.io based in San Mateo, California. He is a serial entrepreneur having founded four companies and created two categories prior to focusing on making rapid channel sales communication the new standard for enterprise sales communication.
Previously, Anthony was the founder and CEO of MERCAR Analytics, a data analytics and insights company that provides manufacturers and retailers point-of-sale (POS), data-driven insights about Hispanic consumers in the U.S.
Anthony also founded Latino Sports & Entertainment, a San Diego media and activation company that owned and aggregated the local, Spanish-language media rights for NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball teams and helped shaped the Latino sports marketing industry as we know it today. Six months after college, he founded his own young adult and children clothing design and manufacturing company.
Anthony holds a BBA in Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego.
Head of Marketing & Product
Jamel Richardson is the Head of Marketing and Product for Promio.io. He is a CPG brand expert having run nearly $1B aggregate net revenue across a varied portfolio with over a decade of experience at major U.S. manufacturers.
Prior to his role at Promio.io, Jamel was a Senior Brand Manager at ConAgra Foods leading pipeline strategy, new product introductions and manufacturing optimization for a varied portfolio. Before ConAgra he was Sr. Assistant Brand Manager & Multicultural Lead for Procter & Gamble (P&G). While at P&G Jamel worked on new product introduction, shopper segmentation, brand sponsorship, and shopper-focused experiential events.
Jamel holds a BA in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering from Hampton University and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Surendra Singhi is the Head of Technology for Promio.io.
Surendra has more than 12 years of experience architecting and building cloud-based solutions. He heads Kreeti Technologies, a full-stack development company in India, and has been providing development services for many companies in the Bay Area as well as across the globe. He and his team were founding members of Tastebook Inc., and were a central part of the team until its acquisition by Random House. They were also part of the initial team of TheRealReal, one of the largest companies in consigned luxury segment.
He holds a BE in Computer Science from BMS College, Bangalore, and an Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University. He was previously a Machine Learning researcher and has publications in the top Machine Learning Conferences (ICML and ECML).
