Anthony Eros is the founder and CEO of Switchboard Sales based in San Mateo, California. He is a retail industry thought leader with a background in retail data analytics, sales channel marketing, and demand chain optimization.
Prior to starting Switchboard Sales, Anthony was the CEO and President of MERCAR Analytics, a San Francisco Bay Area data analytics and insights company that provides manufacturers and retailers point-of-sale (POS), data-driven insights about Hispanic consumers in the U.S.
Anthony also served an eight-year tenure as the President of Latino Sports & Entertainment, a San Diego media and activation company that owned and aggregated the local, Spanish-language media rights for NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball teams and helped shaped the Latino sports marketing industry as we know it today. He also founded his own young adult and children clothing design and manufacturing company.
Anthony holds a BBA in Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego.
Jamel Richardson is the Head of Product for Switchboard Sales. He is a CPG brand expert with over a decade of experience at major U.S. manufacturers.
Prior to his role at Switchboard Sales, Jamel was a Senior Brand Manager at ConAgra Foods leading pipeline strategy, new product introductions and manufacturing optimization for a varied portfolio of $248MM in net revenue. Before ConAgra he was Sr. Assistant Brand Manager & Multicultural Lead for Procter & Gamble (P&G). While at P&G Jamel worked on new product introduction, shopper segmentation, brand sponsorship, and shopper-focused experiential events.
Jamel holds a BA in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering from Hampton University and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
John P. Liska
Head of Product Management
John P. Liska is the Head of Product Management at Switchboard Sales. He has over two decades of experience in software including designing solutions tailored for the Retail and CPG sectors.
Prior to Switchboard Sales, John was the Director of Product Analytics at Dun & Bradstreet. Earlier in his career John helped build the price and promotion optimization company DemandTec, including a successful IPO in 2007 and a subsequent acquisition by IBM. John began his career as consultant at Accenture.
John holds a BSC in Decision & Information Science from Santa Clara University.
Head of Technology
Surendra Singhi is the Head of Technology for Switchboard Sales.
Surendra has more than 12 years of experience architecting and building cloud-based solutions. He heads Kreeti Technologies, a full-stack development company in India, and has been providing development services for many companies in the Bay Area as well as across the globe. He and his team were founding members of Tastebook Inc., and were a central part of the team until its acquisition by Random House. They were also part of the initial team of TheRealReal, one of the largest companies in consigned luxury segment.
He holds a BE in Computer Science from BMS College, Bangalore, and an Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University. He was previously a Machine Learning researcher and has publications in the top Machine Learning Conferences (ICML and ECML).
